ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 9% NH ROOMS AND MEALS TAX. ADD 30% TO PRICES FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS OR WEEKS.

50% DEPOSIT OF THE RENTAL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING RESERVATION. BALANCE DUE AT CHECK-IN. SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 IS DUE AT CHECK-IN.

CANCELLATION/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATION 14 DAYS PRIOR TO RESERVATION DATE. CHECK-IN IS AT 4:00PM. CHECK-OUT IS 10:00AM. NO PETS ALLOWED

 The upper level offers great mountain and courtside views with two bedrooms; one queen and one with 3 twins.

Sleeps up 10-12 people.
