All units are fully equipped, including linens and towels.

ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 9% NH ROOMS AND MEALS TAX. ADD 30% TO PRICES FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS OR WEEKS.

50% DEPOSIT OF THE RENTAL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING RESERVATION. BALANCE DUE AT CHECK-IN. SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $300 IS DUE AT CHECK-IN.

CANCELLATION/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATION 14 DAYS PRIOR TO RESERVATION DATE. CHECK-IN IS AT 4:00PM. CHECK-OUT IS 10:00AM. NO PETS ALLOWED

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Penthouse unit with spectacular mountain views is available for your vacation adventure. A great kitchen, large dining area, fireplace and deck provide all the comforts of home and much more. Stunning views of Loon Mountain give this unit a wonderful sense of serenity.

This free-standing 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms unit has two levels, each with it's own kitchen, dining area, and living room with fireplace. The lower level has three bedrooms consisting of two queen bedrooms, one with an additional single bed and a room with two twins. Each unit has 2 full bathrooms.

 The upper level offers great mountain and courtside views with two bedrooms; one queen and one with 2 twins and bunk beds.

Sleeps up 13 people.
